With the help of our Life Coach Kailash Mantry & his Team, you will greatly improve your ability to accomplish your training goals faster with maximum benefits.  Our Trainer Kailash Mantry is a Life Coach and Mental Health Consultant; he is not a medically qualified doctor & does not prescribe any kind of medicines. He has done research on Mental Health for more than 25 Years and his research has been appreciated by following Universities – ROYAL AMERICAN UNIVERSITY | NATIONAL VIRTUAL UNIVERSITY FOR PEACE AND EDUCATION by awarding him honorary doctorate for outstanding Research on Mental Health.

He Uses various Therapies, Training, Counseling Sessions to converse with Clients and activities like Yoga, Meditation, Laughing Exercises and different natural therapies to reduce fear, anger, doubt, tension, stress, anxiety and help patients to get rid of their Negative Mental State.

The benefits of these training sessions have been reported to last for a lifetime. In order to maximize progress, it will be necessary for you to follow program guidelines.

By signing below, you accept full responsibility for your own Mental Health and well-being AND you acknowledge and understand that no responsibility is assumed by the leaders of the program.

It is recommended that all program participants do home works and cooperate with their Life Coach.

Online Training Terms and Conditions :

1. No Consumptions of Alcohol, Drugs during the Course /online sessions.
2. Personal Calls with family, friends, relatives to be avoided during the Course /online sessions.
3. We request that all personal information that you provide is accurate, current and complete. If in case patient hide any vital information or do not Co-operate with us the effect of our treatment will not be as expected. Our Life Coach cannot be held liable in any way for undeclared or unknown medical conditions.
4. All sessions with Kailash Mantry (Life Coach) are totally confidential. The identity of individuals and personal details are carefully protected. All online sessions will be recorded by the Management for our record purpose only.
5. If you fail to attend any online session without giving notice before 24 hours of the time of session that session will not be repeated or repeated with an extra cost as decided by the Life Coach as per availability of time.
6. If any unforeseen circumstances mean that you cannot attend a confirmed session you can ask to re-schedule the session. This can only be done if you give prior notice and it is subject to the availability of the Life Coach.
7. You understand that this is very serious illness and it may take longer duration, results of training programme cannot be guaranteed. Your progress depends on your effort and co-operation in and outside of the Online Sessions. You acknowledge that individual results may vary and that no particular result is guaranteed by our Life Coach.
8. Once a client is accepted for treatment we have an ethical responsibility to accompany the process to the end. Session comes to a completion naturally as an agreement between both parties. It is understood between you and our Trainer/Life Coach that both must commit to your training programme 100% in order for you to achieve results. It is responsibility of client to do homework / activities and send short videos of what you have learnt in previous session.
9. The Fees of the Training / Sessions will be paid in advance and it is non-refundable and non-transferable. Any dispute with regards to fees / services will be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only.
10. We have sent you Client Reviews related to your problem as described in first consultation and you are fully satisfied and also aware about our knowledge regarding the problem/issues. If you have any doubt you can clarify before initiating the sessions to avoid any further disputes.
11. All participants/family members are bind to terms and conditions as stated above and will submit this form with their individual Government Approved Identity Proof for management record purpose.
